Volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) relentlessly targeted the corporate economic sectors in twenty-first century. Innovative work behavior is seen as most important contributor to organization's performance sustainability face of VUCA. Authentic leadership a variable that impacts innovative behavior. This research aimed examine effect authentic on by mediating role meaningfulness. 208 employees from one Learning & Consulting companies Indonesia were selected simple random sampling. Data analysis used mediation model Hayes. The result shows meaningfulness has booster mediator between results study revealed organizations could enhance creative offering development programs for all leaders. leader can stimulate information opinion, build trustworthy relationships with communicate company's vision, goal, objectives, values linked employees' personal values.
